Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a Stock Manager for its outlet location in Serravalle Scrivia. In this role, you will ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity, monitor stock levels, support the sales staff, and guarantee effective stock and inventory control for our Clothing, Beauty, Casa and Food & Beverage collections.
What You'll Do
- Act as the point person for maintaining and supervising all inbound and outbound merchandise.
- Manage the stockroom organization to contribute to store productivity in line with company directives.
- Support the sales staff by ensuring fast replenishment of the selling floor to shorten client waiting times.
- Provide training on system and stockroom guidelines to new stock keepers.
- Guarantee effective people management of the stock staff, including conducting coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Participate in daily store meetings to communicate business trends and motivate employees.
- Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor and prepare article arrangements.
- Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss prevention and unknown mark-downs.
- Oversee all receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
- Maintain loss prevention standards by adhering to store policies.
- Respond to corporate inquiries regarding discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Be competent in cash procedures and provide support to the cashiers team as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in stockroom management within the luxury retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability as a strong team player.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in other languages is considered a plus.

This is an onsite position located in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy.
