Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Statistician to help improve Generative AI models by providing domain expertise. You will generate challenging prompts, define scoring criteria, and correct AI responses to advance specialized reasoning capabilities.

What You'll Do

Generate prompts that challenge AI models.
Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific statistical knowledge.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
Professional experience in one of these fields: Applied Statistics, Bayesian Statistics, Biostatistics, Econometrics, Economic Statistics, Experimental Design (DOE) & A/B Testing, Generalized Linear Models (GLMs), Hypothesis Testing, Machine Learning, Probability Theory, Statistical Modeling, or Time Series Analysis.
An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
Expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis, including descriptive and inferential statistics, regression analysis, experimental design, and machine learning.
Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels, and Scikit-learn.
Ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly those that are computationally intensive.
Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
