Odyssey Group is hiring a Statistical and Data Reporting Coordinator to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business strategy. You'll join a collaborative team dedicated to data-driven decision making, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our reporting.
What You'll Do
- Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions
- Work with various departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop statistical models and reports
- Prepare and present data findings to management and stakeholders
- Maintain and update databases and data systems
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data collection processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and statistical reporting
- Proficiency in statistical software and tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
