Responsibilities
- Design static ads for paid social (primarily Meta: Facebook & Instagram)
- Translate creative concepts into clear, compelling visual executions
- Produce multiple variations per concept to support testing and iteration
- Collaborate with creative strategists to refine layouts and messaging
- Iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for performance needs
- Organize and manage design files for efficient handoff and reuse
- Stay current on paid social design trends and best practices
Requirements
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience (performance marketing or agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating static ad design for paid social
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
- Experience designing ads for DTC, mobile apps, or SaaS
- Familiarity with Meta ad specs and formats
