About the Role
The position offers behavior analysts the opportunity to establish or grow their clinical practice in Michigan by providing direct ABA services to clients while receiving administrative and clinical support. Professionals will design and supervise treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and teams to improve client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver applied behavior analysis services to clients across various settings
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine client needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Supervise the implementation of therapy by behavior technicians
- Train and guide support staff in behavior intervention techniques
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with families to support skill generalization and behavior goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
- Contribute to program development and service improvements
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
- Support client transitions between treatment phases or settings
- Coordinate with schools and other service providers when applicable
- Promote evidence-based practices in all aspects of service delivery
