Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information to ensure Starlink is the right fit for the customer’s needs.
- Set appointments by offering flexible installation dates and confirming details with the customer.
- Use GoHighLevel CRM to track leads, update appointment status, and ensure accurate information is logged.
- Overcome objections by using proven techniques to handle customer concerns and convert them into appointments.
- Communicate through GoHighLevel and RingCentral, responding to leads quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their appointment.
Compensation
Flexible Pay: You can be paid either by appointment or hourly, whichever is greater.
