Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and advancement of secure, scalable, and high-performance software systems across multiple engineering teams.
- Serve as the technical expert for front-end architecture, shaping the organization's front-end engineering strategy.
- Represent engineering teams in architectural reviews and technical governance discussions.
- Promote and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, continuous integration and delivery, observability, and software deployment.
- Integrate AI-powered development methods to help teams effectively adopt AI across the software lifecycle.
- Lead initiatives in experimentation, optimization, and testing to enhance customer experience and business results.
- Guide and develop engineers through technical mentorship and collaborative problem-solving.
- Maintain active involvement in coding when necessary, demonstrating hands-on leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering leaders to shape technical vision and product planning.
