Responsibilities
- Lead the OTI team as technical lead, shaping the strategic direction, execution, and long-term reliability of core compute infrastructure.
- Design and refine the next-generation offline testing architecture to eliminate redundancy and improve cross-team alignment.
- Collaborate with Test Creation and Test Drive teams to unify end-to-end test workflows from setup to reporting.
- Streamline the complete test lifecycle to enhance performance, scalability, and precise failure attribution for faster debugging.
- Take full ownership of critical shared OTI components, including ongoing maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
- Manage key offline test modalities such as step code, workflow logic, and system health monitoring.
- Develop and maintain essential OTI tooling, including test evaluation systems, API polling, result communication, and standardized pipeline templates.
- Define and enforce data governance policies across the testing ecosystem, covering storage, lifecycle, write patterns, integrity, and lineage.
- Identify use cases and lead feature design for new test modalities, evaluating single versus cross-modality approaches.
- Oversee incident response for offline testing systems and maintain SOPs for pull requests, local development, verification, and releases.
- Act as a central expert for large-scale compute performance, providing architectural guidance and optimization support to related teams.
