Responsibilities
- Own complex technical challenges with curiosity and resourcefulness, especially in uncertain situations.

- Improve software quality through thorough code reviews, system observability, and strong operational practices.
- Advance tooling, DevOps, hosting infrastructure, and test automation to increase development speed and system stability.
- Provide clear and consistent communication on technical direction, project status, and potential risks.
- Guide and support senior and mid-level engineers through mentorship and knowledge transfer.
- Help create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, operational procedures, and team learning resources.
