Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain distributed data platforms that prioritize user privacy and adhere to data protection laws.
- Create and manage high-volume, event-based architectures for capturing, transforming, and routing first-party data.
- Support identity infrastructure, including authentication methods, access permissions, and multi-factor verification.
- Design scalable asynchronous pipelines for both real-time and batch data processing needs.
- Work with growth and marketing groups to implement data workflows that respect user consent and privacy standards.
- Apply privacy-enhancing methods such as data anonymization, tokenization, and data minimization in system design.
- Coordinate with security and legal departments to uphold data handling, retention, and regulatory compliance protocols.
