CircleLink Health is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead complex technical initiatives that unlock scale and velocity for our teams. You will act as both architect and builder, digging into performance bottlenecks, mentoring engineers, and setting the bar for technical quality in a collaborative, low-ego culture with direct impact on patients’ lives.
What You'll Do
- Lead and design core systems with an emphasis on scalability, observability, and fault-tolerance.
- Solve hairy technical problems such as AI/LLM integrations, intelligent call/chat agents, caseload distribution algorithms, massive data pipelines, multi-DB architectures, and real-time call scheduling logic.
- Shape architecture and direction for the Laravel, Nova, and MySQL ecosystems.
- Write production code and guide others through code reviews and pairing.
- Partner with leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years at a Staff or Principal engineer level.
- A proven track record of technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep backend expertise in Laravel, MySQL, Livewire, AWS, Nova, Vapor, Vue, and Tailwind.
- Strong product and systems thinking.
- Startup DNA: a bias toward action, autonomy, and direct impact.
Nice to Have
- Experience building applications with AI/LLMs.
- Experience working within healthcare systems.
