Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define backend feature scope, develop technical specifications, and support execution across agile development phases.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services that power portfolio reporting, analytical tools, and automated data workflows.
- Aggregate and process data from diverse internal and third-party sources, ensuring high accuracy, consistency, and system performance.
- Work with engineering colleagues to implement features incorporating data enrichment, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Participate in key architectural and data modeling decisions, aligning with long-term technical strategy.
- Coordinate closely with frontend and data engineering teams to deliver fully integrated product features.
- Monitor and enhance system-wide metrics such as response times, data correctness, and service reliability.
- Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers through code reviews, documentation, and daily guidance.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
