Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of user-centric features, guiding them from initial problem identification through to live deployment.
- Collaborate with design, product, and client-facing teams to transform user needs into functional, delivered products.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable systems spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
- Promote high standards in software engineering through clean code, informed technical decisions, and active engagement in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Investigate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, and share insights to enhance team productivity and development practices.
