Build intuitive and scalable mobile and embedded applications for both customer and business needs. This role demands strong technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and end-to-end ownership of feature development and system architecture.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, user-friendly applications for mobile and embedded platforms used by customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with engineering peers to design and implement scalable technical solutions
- Partner with designers and stakeholders to create new features and improve existing user experiences
- Integrate mobile applications with in-shop embedded systems developed in-house
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and Core Data
- Hands-on development and maintenance of Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Proven ability to lead technically, drive complex projects from start to finish, influence architectural direction, and mentor fellow developers
- Capable of articulating design and product decisions clearly while valuing input from team members
- Adaptable and proactive with a focus on delivering results efficiently under tight timelines
- Skilled in communicating and collaborating with engineers across platforms and with non-technical stakeholders
- Experienced in remote work and asynchronous collaboration with team members across time zones and cultural backgrounds
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Python, especially in the context of building web services, is beneficial
- Prior experience working with embedded systems is highly valued
- Knowledge of multiple mobile development stacks and an interest in embedded technologies is advantageous
