Prematch is hiring a Staff Product Engineer based in the EU. In this role, you will take significant ownership over solving customer problems end-to-end, wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design. You'll own a large portion of one of our products, driving projects from initial research and spec-writing through to implementation.

What You'll Do

Own projects end-to-end, blending responsibilities across product, design, and engineering.
Research competitors, write product specifications, create wireframes, and implement the solutions.
Solve complex customer problems by building powerful abstractions and flexible systems.
Design and build features such as automated interview scheduling and declarative filter architectures.
Vet decisions with stakeholders and collaborate with other engineers to complete projects.
Create leverage through automation, tools, and abstractions to improve team efficiency.
