About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Staff Product Designer to shape the future of work. In this role, you will lead significant initiatives that deliver product experiences influencing strategy and transforming workflows worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead large, complex initiatives and deliver experiences that influence our product strategy.
  • Drive end-to-end product experiences considering user and product ecosystems, workflow, and design patterns.
  • Develop frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work.
  • Lead collaborative projects with multidisciplinary teams to deliver experiences that resonate with users.
  • Share knowledge and expertise across the company to elevate colleagues, teams, and community of practice.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of relevant design experience.
  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions based on human-centered design and research data.
  • Experience developing frameworks and principles to standardize cross-team work and successfully bring a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to articulate and champion design solutions based on human-centered design principles and research data while influencing product experience strategy.
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
  • Professional experience in user experience design.

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • A growth mindset, actively broadening areas of inquiry and learning, and seeking new opportunities and challenges.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Product Design team that collaborates closely with engineering and product management. Design has a very intentional seat at the table.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position for candidates located in the APAC - Asia Pacific region.
