Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex product features
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers during development cycles
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and validate solutions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Define interaction patterns and maintain design system consistency
- Translate technical constraints into intuitive user interfaces
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Drive design decisions with user data and usability testing
- Mentor junior designers through regular critiques and guidance
- Balance user needs with business and technical requirements
- Iterate quickly on design concepts based on team input
- Document design rationale and usage guidelines

- Support frontend implementation to ensure design fidelity
