About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain platform-level systems that enable robust connectivity across services and devices. Focus on scalability, observability, and system resilience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement distributed systems for reliable data transmission
- Optimize connectivity protocols for performance and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to define technical roadmaps
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments
- Ensure platform reliability through monitoring and automated testing
- Contribute to API design and service integration patterns
- Maintain system documentation and technical specifications
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies into the platform stack
- Support secure communication standards across services
- Drive improvements in latency, throughput, and uptime
- Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
- Mentor engineers across teams on platform best practices
- Operate with observability and logging frameworks
- Troubleshoot network-level issues in cloud environments
- Implement scalable solutions for device-to-service communication
- Work with telemetry pipelines for real-time insights
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and transfer regulations
- Coordinate incident response for platform outages
- Balance technical debt with feature development
- Promote reusable components across engineering teams
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field
