Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and uphold networking standards to enable scalable, agile improvements and deliver an exceptional end-user experience, serving as the top-tier resolver for critical global network issues.
- Advance network operations through automation, version-controlled practices, and CI/CD pipelines, moving away from manual configuration toward cloud-based deployment, validation, and reconciliation systems.
- Partner with security and cross-functional teams to implement Zero Trust Network Access and strengthen network security, ensuring compliance without compromising usability.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of high-value global network hardware, including planning, rollout, upkeep, and modernization.
- Ensure adherence to a 99.9% network availability service level agreement by refining system architecture and implementing robust monitoring and observability tools.
- Direct relationships with internet service providers, hardware suppliers, and third-party service partners; lead international projects requiring coordination across departments.
