More About Jane
The company offers practice management software widely used by allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, counselors, chiropractors, and massage therapists. Growth has been entirely organic, driven by user satisfaction without a sales team. It now serves over 65,000 clinics across 60 countries, with more than 1,000 new clinics joining monthly. The company is profitable, valued at over $1.8 billion, and operates with a remote-first model. Currently in a transformative phase, it is deeply integrating AI into both internal workflows and customer-facing products.
A Note on Pace
The AI team is in a period of intense focus on achieving product-market fit, operating at an accelerated pace with high ambiguity and a strong bias for action. This phase is temporary but critical. Candidates who thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments will find this particularly energizing.
The Setup
Fully remote with an asynchronous work model. The AI team operates independently with its own roadmap, priorities, and processes, while maintaining alignment with the broader organization for shared services and collaboration. Open to various experience levels, with emphasis on immediate, meaningful contribution.
