REsurety is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy machine learning systems that drive our business. You will be a key technical leader, responsible for the full lifecycle of impactful ML projects.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable machine learning systems for production
- Own the end-to-end development of ML models, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring
- Lead technical projects and collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business problems
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for the ML engineering workflow
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining production ML systems
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, model development, and MLOps practices
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with large-scale data processing
- Ability to lead projects, mentor others, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
