Netradyne is looking for a Staff Engineer – Platform to provide strong technical leadership and hands‑on ownership of core backend services and pipelines. You will anchor one primary domain (NELD or Ingestion) and influence cross‑team architecture and execution.
What You'll Do
- Own key service architectures.
- Design scalable ingestion and compliance workflows.
- Ensure data quality, correctness, and reliability.
- Mentor engineers and drive high engineering standards.
- Own architecture, design, and evolution of platform services within NELD and/or Ingestion.
- Drive system design for large cross‑service features from ingestion to downstream consumers.
- Define and maintain clean service boundaries, APIs, and data contracts.
What We're Looking For
- 6–9+ years of relevant backend / distributed systems engineering experience.
- ~3–4 years at Senior or Staff level.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in Bangalore.
