Neon Pagamentos is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to join our Credit & Data platform. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing Card Acquisition Models that are critical to our business.

What You'll Do

Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade machine learning models for card acquisition.
Design and execute experiments to improve model performance and business impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate models into our platform.
Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle from research and prototyping to monitoring and iteration.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other data scientists on the team.

What We're Looking For

Extensive professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record in credit risk or acquisition modeling.
Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
Strong proficiency with data science tools and programming languages like Python and SQL.
Experience with the full model development lifecycle in a production environment.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex findings into actionable business insights.
