Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution for the Client Platform Engineering team.
- Design and deploy scalable systems to manage physical and virtual client devices, ensuring timely delivery of security updates, configurations, and software packages across Mac, Windows, and Ubuntu platforms.
- Collaborate with IT Support, Information Security, and Developer Experience teams to define and implement effective client management solutions.
- Serve as escalation point for complex client platform issues, focusing on coaching and enabling IT Support to resolve similar incidents independently.
- Engage in the enterprise Site Reliability Engineering 24/7 on-call schedule.
