Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution for client platform engineering initiatives
- Design and deploy scalable systems to manage physical and virtual client devices including Mac, Windows, and Ubuntu platforms, ensuring timely updates to security, configuration, and software
- Collaborate with IT Support, Information Security, and Developer Experience teams to define and implement effective client management strategies
- Respond to escalated technical issues from IT Support, with a focus on knowledge transfer and enabling future self-sufficiency
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule as part of the Enterprise SRE team
