Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems that support real-time artificial intelligence chat applications.
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical services, guiding features from concept to deployment and beyond.
- Advance practical AI implementations by expanding agent functionalities, workflows, and system-level behaviors.
- Influence engineering best practices, system design, and development processes as the platform scales.
- Guide and uplift fellow engineers through mentorship, promoting strong technical standards and accountability.
- Enforce rigorous benchmarks for code integrity, system performance, fault tolerance, and security protocols.
- Partner with product, design, and executive teams to ensure technology initiatives support strategic business goals.
