Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of innovative user experiences that improve feature discovery and increase user engagement in the Gemini App.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and marketing teams to define and execute growth strategies.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of user needs across different regions, platforms, and audience groups to guide design decisions.
- Coordinate with other design teams across the organization to align roadmaps and ensure cohesive integration of discovery and engagement features.
- Transform complex user research findings into practical design solutions that deliver measurable customer value.
- Advance design quality and advocate for user-centered design practices throughout product development.

Compensation
US base salary range between $178,000 USD - $265,000 USD. Equity and bonus included.
