Addepar is seeking a Sr. Staff Software Engineer to join its Investment Data Platform team, where you'll architect and implement the next-generation compute platform. You will tackle complex scalability challenges driven by Addepar’s exponential growth and global expansion, ensuring high-quality, performant, and scalable systems.
What You'll Do
- Architect and implement the next-generation compute platform
- Tackle complex scalability challenges to meet demand from Addepar’s exponential growth and global expansion
- Own outcomes and deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable systems
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java
- Proficiency in at least one cloud-native or messaging technology such as Kubernetes, Istio, containerization, Kafka, etc.
- Proficiency with relational and non-relational datastores
- Proficiency in CI/CD, monitoring, and logging systems
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship
- Must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment

Base salary: $174,000 - $273,000. Additional equity and bonus included.
Work Mode
Hybrid work model across multiple global offices including New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva, and São Paulo.
