Title: Sr. Software Engineer, Web (Mobile Ordering) Location: India, Remote, Chennai Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Web Developer for our Mobile Ordering solution, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining 3 web applications supporting a cutting-edge mobile platform utilized by millions of students. Specifically, you are responsible for: - Collaborating with Engineering Management and Product Ownership to comprehend and execute feature implementations and integrations using Scrum methodology. - Diagnosing challenges and developing solutions balancing architectural considerations of functionality, usability, performance, reliability, and scalability. - Supporting application lifecycle during quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment phases. - Adhering to and contributing toward consistent development protocols (coding standards, change management, build processes, version control). - Engaging in comprehensive code reviews and architectural design workshops. Required Skills: - 6+ years of web development expertise utilizing Javascript, HTML & CSS. - 3 years' experience with React JS using Typescript. - Proficiency in navigating third-party API specifications with robust HTTP networking practices. - Comprehensive understanding of responsive web development methodologies. - Profound comprehension of accessibility requirements and proven implementation experience. - Superior communication capabilities with fluent written and spoken English. - Capability in developing unit testing frameworks.
