Responsibilities
- Engage in building, assessing, and rolling out AI-powered agents and software solutions.
- Develop data and retrieval frameworks that provide AI systems with accurate context from varied healthcare data sources.
- Lead the design, review, and maintenance of high-quality code for agentic systems, including managing releases, production deployments, and on-call responsibilities.
- Collaborate with machine learning, data science, product, and architecture teams to define requirements and deliver systems that fulfill business objectives.
- Ensure all components of agentic systems follow healthcare data regulations such as HIPAA and conform to established security best practices.
- Take part in agile processes including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to improve team efficiency and align development with product and business goals.

ISMS roles and responsibilities
Demonstrate understanding of information security practices. Support management in implementing and maintaining information security activities. Ensure team members are trained in information security competencies. Implement security policies and procedures and escalate any security concerns to the Information Security Manager.
