About This Role: iRhythm Technologies is seeking a highly organized and communicative Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce team. You'll help improve our business systems and continuously deliver new features. Within the Enterprise Systems team, you'll work with multi-functional business and IT partners to design, implement, and support technical solutions based on the Salesforce.com Platform. You'll be responsible for designing and developing customizations, creating proof of concept to facilitate solution conversations, configuring systems, and managing integrations. You'll also drive testing, promote best practices, and manage change within the Salesforce solution. What You Will Be Doing • Design and code Salesforce service and sales cloud applications using advanced configurations and customizations. • Develop scalable and enterprise solutions & interfaces leveraging Salesforce platform components such as Apex, Lightning Components, VisualForce pages, flows, and Platform Events. • Build, Test, and Deploy Salesforce integration using Boomi, Workato, and Copado (preferred) • Responsible for bug fixing and finding production-level issues. • Hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and other implementation activities. • Estimate work requests. • Work closely with developers, architects, systems analysts, and operations teams to understand business requirements. • Conduct peer code reviews and provide feedback. • Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team. • Participate in release management and on-call duties, review recommendations for project or production issues, and perform diagnostics. • Demonstrate curiosity about how things work, find answers, stay flexible, and adapt to changing circumstances. What We Need To See • 15 years of experience with 8+ years of programming on the Salesforce platform and building integrations • Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs • Experience configuring Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles • Understanding of Salesforce applications and platform architecture, capabilities, and constraints • Strong JavaScript/J2EE skills • Understanding of algorithmic techniques, design patterns, and best practices • Knowledge/experience with web services (REST / SOAP) and ORM (Hibernate) • Experience writing queries in SQL/SOQL • Thorough understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies; functional knowledge of Boomi or similar Enterprise Service integration technologies • Strong team player with analytical and problem-solving skills Ways To Stand Out • Good understanding of release and change management processes and tools • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly desired • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Multi-tasker, quick learner, and adaptive Location: Remote - US Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
