Hopper is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive the automation of our financial reporting. You will lead the Finance Automation (FinAut) team, manage the finance ledger product roadmap, and ensure data integrity for all financial reporting and analysis.
What You'll Do
- Develop, document and implement the FinAut roadmap for both Data Engineering and Solutions Engineering.
- Identify opportunities and projects for FinAut to contribute to the finance organization.
- Define, scope and gather detailed requirements for all FinAut team projects.
- Triage daily engineering on-call requests by assigning priority and aligning on action plans.
- Track FinAut’s project status and performance against roadmap and organizational goals.
- Own the reporting of data integrity of the ledger as the single source of truth for financial reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of product management experience.
- Ability to work with data, analyze it, and make recommendations based on insights.
- Good working knowledge of SQL.
- Technical depth to communicate effectively with software developers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to pivot priorities as business needs evolve.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with a financial data product.
