VCA Animal Hospitals is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and lead cross-functional teams in delivering meaningful results for our digital pet care solutions.

What You'll Do

Stay informed on pet care industry trends, technologies, and user behaviors to shape product strategy.
Build a deep understanding of user needs and ensure products deliver value across a diverse customer base.
Define and own the product vision and roadmap, translating ideas into actionable plans.
Lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment and progress in complex or ambiguous spaces.
Balance stakeholder needs by collaborating with designers, engineers, and data scientists.
Apply data-driven insights, including A/B testing, user research, and market analysis, to guide decisions.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product management experience within a software company, directly partnering with engineering/development teams.
Proven ability to define product vision, create strategy, and deliver consumer products at scale.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to guide tradeoffs and product delivery.
Clear communicator with experience presenting to executives and simplifying complex concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Atlassian Suite, Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, Figma, Miro, Sketch, and writing product specifications.
