Accountabilities: · Architect and launch production mobile applications using React Native across iOS and Android platforms. · Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate strategic requirements into high-quality technological solutions. · Implement and enhance code quality management, debugging protocols, testing frameworks, and documentation standards. · Develop foundational architectural components for a newly established mobile technology ecosystem. · Facilitate zero-to-production product development, including continuous integration/deployment infrastructure, reusable component libraries, and comprehensive analytics integration. · Guide and collaborate with team members in establishing robust engineering methodologies. · Deliver patient-centric features that dramatically improve accessibility and user experience in mental health technology. Requirements: · 5+ years of comprehensive software engineering expertise, including 2+ years specialized in professional mobile development. · Minimum 2 years experience with React Native framework. · Demonstrated track record of successfully deploying production-grade mobile features across iOS and Android platforms. · Exceptional debugging capabilities, rigorous testing practices, and unwavering code quality commitment. · Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary team environments. · Preferred: Advanced knowledge of native platform modules, extensive zero-to-production mobile product experience, and substantial contributions to shared mobile infrastructure.
