The Technology Infrastructure Group seeks an Endpoint Engineer specializing in iOS/iPadOS and optional macOS support. The ideal candidate will engineer enterprise integration of Apple platforms within a highly regulated digital workplace environment, collaborating globally with diverse teams and demonstrating exceptional ownership and precision. Responsibilities: - Provide engineering-level support for corporate and personal Apple devices - Deploy and administer mobile device management systems - Manage Office 365/Intune/Azure device compliance integrations - Maintain development, test, and production environments - Deploy and manage iOS applications - Architect MDM and Apple technology alignment with business processes - Create technical documentation and provide team guidance - Manage test plans for iOS/iPadOS releases - Challenge existing processes to enhance user experience Qualifications: - 5+ years progressive IT experience - 2+ years supporting iOS in regulated environments via MDM systems - 2+ years supporting Apple platforms in enterprise settings - 2+ years multiplatform server administration - Experience with iOS upgrade distribution and enforcement - Understanding of Microsoft Application Protection - Strong communication across organizational levels - Expertise in supporting technologies - PowerShell scripting capabilities - Active Directory and Azure AD experience - Mobile application configuration management - Optional macOS experience - Familiarity with Apple Business Manager - Service Now integration experience - Ability to work independently and collaboratively We Offer: - Performance-driven culture - Competitive compensation package - Remote work flexibility - Professional development opportunities - Global project impact - Multicultural, inclusive environment - Commitment to social sustainability We are an equal opportunity employer valuing diversity and inclusion.
