Jobgether is hiring a Sr. Manager, Product Security to lead a high-impact team focused on embedding security best practices into our product development lifecycle. You will oversee risk management, vulnerability assessment, and secure design processes, ensuring our products are resilient and compliant. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, requiring close collaboration with product, engineering, and broader security teams.

What You'll Do

Lead threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and evaluate their impact.
Advocate for and implement secure design principles across product development.
Manage vulnerability testing, including static/dynamic analysis and penetration testing, prioritizing remediation efforts.
Ensure product compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation and support audits.
Develop and maintain product-specific incident response plans and collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC).
Stay current with evolving security threats, technologies, and best practices, continuously improving processes.
Mentor and guide team members to strengthen the security knowledge and capabilities within the product organization.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on product security experience, ideally in FinTech or regulated industries.
Proven leadership experience with 3-5 years managing cybersecurity teams or projects.
Strong technical expertise in secure coding, vulnerability management, risk assessment, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), serverless computing, API security, OS hardening, SDLC, and network security.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on security trends and emerging technologies.

Nice to Have

Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent).
