TrueML is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will play a central role in architecting, implementing, and scaling machine learning solutions that drive our core products.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning models and systems for production
- Develop scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support model training and inference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and integrate ML capabilities
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment and monitoring
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience developing and deploying machine learning models
- Strong expertise in Python and common ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proven ability to build scalable data processing and ML serving infrastructure
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and software engineering best practices
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
