Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of six years of progressive experience in information governance, records management, digital workplace solutions, or enterprise application oversight
- Proven track record managing Microsoft 365 platforms, especially SharePoint and OneDrive, within a large, regulated environment
- Solid knowledge of records management practices, information lifecycle processes, and regulatory compliance standards
- Demonstrated capability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate with IT and systems teams
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with experience influencing leadership and executive stakeholders
- Consistent delivery of accurate, well-structured work with strong attention to detail
- Background in conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in energy, utility, or other heavily regulated sectors
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, data retention labeling, eDiscovery procedures, and data loss prevention strategies
- History of driving change management and user adoption programs
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, information governance, or project management, such as PMP or IGP
- Familiarity with PJM’s operational, market, and planning systems
- Experience providing support to any PJM committee or governance body
