Spreedly is looking for a Sr. Fullstack Java Developer to manage the complete software development lifecycle from conception to deployment. You will build, maintain, and upgrade high-quality applications while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.
Oversee, guide, and participate in analyzing, writing, building, and deploying software applications.
Maintain and upgrade deployed software to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
Implement and monitor automated testing, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Modify and test changes to previously developed programs to address issues or enhance functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in fullstack development.
Strong expertise in both Java and Angular.
Experience using JIRA or similar project management and issue tracking tools.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work full-time US shift hours (night shift Philippine time, no flexibility).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with automated testing and software development best practices.
