Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Sr. Facilities Technician - Data Center to deliver best-practice operations and problem resolution for critical facility infrastructure. You will be instrumental in maintaining 100% uptime through proactive maintenance and efficient system management for our client.

What You'll Do

Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on all building systems to achieve 100% uptime.
Monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment including refrigeration, chilled water, HVAC, boilers, pumps, and electrical systems.
Analyze system operations to determine causes of malfunctions and take corrective action.
Comply with policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Learn and understand the data center site to effectively manage incidents and events that threaten critical systems.
Manage work orders, including CMMS, vendor management, and customer-facing tickets.
Understand and comply with emergency escalation procedures.
Perform additional job duties as required.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience working in a data center or critical facility environment.
Hands-on experience with building systems, including UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgears.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively use computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and CMMS.

Universal EPA 608 certification
Trained in NFPA70E
