Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution is mandatory.
- Five or more years of experience in design or product development roles.
- Balances innovative thinking with practical execution to deliver results.
- Strong communication abilities, including direct interaction with healthcare professionals.
- Extensive proficiency with SolidWorks or comparable 3D modeling tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience in medical device development and familiarity with FDA submission processes is advantageous.
- Background in injection molding techniques or applications is beneficial.
