Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain databases with a focus on backup and recovery processes.
- Track and analyze database performance and storage capacity.

- Perform software installations, system upgrades, and apply security patches.
- Oversee failover mechanisms and ensure high availability of database servers.
- Protect organizational data and systems by following operational and security protocols across all service phases.
- Conduct continuous monitoring, provide on-call support, and resolve database incidents promptly.
- Offer technical direction and support to less experienced database engineers.
- Work with database platform specialists on version control, upgrades, and operational standards.
