WCM White Cap Management LLC is seeking a Sr. Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for notifying customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment, receiving payment and posting to customer's account, and maintaining records of collection and status of accounts. What You'll Do
- Perform a wide variety of credit and collection functions for larger or more complex accounts.
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines, and review and monitor credit sources, credit files, customer applications, and delinquent accounts.
- Compile and maintain basic credit information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts.
- Maintain records on credit risks, delinquent accounts, and incomplete files.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of B2B Credit and Collections experience.
Nice to Have
- Construction industry experience with lien and bond rights knowledge.
- Accounts Receivable experience.
- Credit Analysis and Reconciliations experience.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Tech savvy.
Team & Environment
May provide guidance, training, and technical assistance to junior level support personnel.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Doraville, GA.
