Draper is hiring a Senior CI Analyst to join its Office of Threat Management. You will serve within the I&A program to review, analyze, and provide assessments and recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of Draper’s counterintelligence, insider threat, and investigative operations. This role involves collaboration across Draper's functions and programs, as well as with government sponsors and intelligence units, to develop threat assessments that protect personnel and technologies.
What You'll Do
- Assist in advancing analytic and assessment capacity for counterintelligence, insider threat, and investigative actions to identify trends and support strategic threat mitigation.
- Increase understanding of current threats by providing both unclassified and classified products and insights.
- Organize and support external analytic briefings for Draper and external leaders on relevant counterintelligence and insider threats.
- Assist team members and partners in reviewing and analyzing inputs from CI and Cyber CI support.
- Oversee the organization, management, and communication of the I&A catalogue of threat information on classified systems.
- Assist in developing threat and vulnerability assessments tailored to Draper and its specific programs.
- Help measure performance, impact, effectiveness, and refine strategic priorities for OTM and Security.
- Develop and advance collaborative analytic networks across Draper functions and with external units and working groups.
- Provide tailored classified products for Draper Security and leadership in coordination with government entities.
- Develop external analytic partnerships to enhance supply chain risk management, insider risk assessments, and foreign influence analysis.
- Collaborate with partners to inform tailored vulnerability and threat assessments.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s Degree in Intelligence, International Affairs, National Security Studies, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience providing strategic, operational, and tactical analysis, products, and assessments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A significant ability to build positive relationships across functions and organizations to enhance mission synergy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Word, Access, and Excel.
- A keen understanding of current and historic insider threat, espionage, and sabotage cases, indicators, and methods.
- Top Secret security clearance eligibility. SAP and/or SCI accesses and a CI polygraph may be required.
- A strong history of analytic collaboration with diverse organizations to produce multi-disciplined assessments.
- Previous experience conducting or directly assisting field CI and/or insider threat activities, including interviews and information assessment.
- Experience assessing how evolving global security dynamics can affect a company and its workforce, and in supporting force protection initiatives.
Nice to Have
- CI training and certification to Under Secretary of Defense/Intelligence (USD/I) approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02 or similar national-level certification.
