Truelogic Software is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead work at the intersection of conversational AI, radar technology, and hardware integration. You will own key algorithms, develop data methodologies, and collaborate with a team of accomplished engineers to solve complex technical challenges.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5-7 years of professional experience as an AI engineer or in a similar role.
Proficient in modern machine learning and AI techniques, including neural networks.
Experience with deep learning toolkits including torch, tensorflow, Jax.
Proven track record in model architecture design, model training end to end from concept to deployment.
Experience with standing up and maintaining data pipelines generally and in the context of IoT / sensor networks specifically.
Proficient in Python and/or C++ for model development and implementation.
Familiarity with quantization of models and deploying on the edge.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
Positive, team player with strong people skills and excellent communication.
