CRS Home Therapy is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential clinical services directly to patients in their homes. You will serve patients in Chicago, IL and surrounding suburbs, working as a key member of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes through coordinated care.
What You'll Do
- Provide speech language pathology services to patients in their homes.
- Participate in a multi-disciplinary team for collaborative care planning and communication.
- Work to advance clinical and functional outcomes for patients, families, and physicians.
- Focus on preventing hospitalizations while adhering to core values and ethics.

- Must be a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP.
