Corgan is looking for a Specialist I, Brand + Graphics. This entry-level role supports the Brand + Graphics team in collaborating with architects, designers, and clients across various market sectors to integrate design details and create user experiences through wayfinding, messaging, and brand-focused design.
What You'll Do
- Create, design, and implement graphics, brand standards, identity development, and signage and wayfinding packages for firmwide projects.
- Work with clients to develop graphic and user-oriented strategies for visual communication within a built environment, including corporate identity systems and environmental graphics programs.
- Collaborate with interior design and architecture teams to develop, design, and implement environmental graphics, integrating designs into architectural drawing sets.
- Develop detailed design intent packages that include specifications, materials, and locations for designed elements.
- Interface and collaborate with multiple internal design practices, including workplace, education, aviation, and healthcare.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design/Industrial Design, Product Design, or a similar field.
- Strong portfolio incorporating graphics, signage, brand strategy, and designing user-experience based environments.
- Proficiencies in Adobe suite.
- Strategic thinking and ability to create concept designs using strong rational and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Ability to read architectural plans, sections, elevations and details and coordinate with architectural teams on projects.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Dallas, Orlando, or New York.
