Discover is looking for a Spanish Card Customer Service PM Shifts professional to resolve complex inquiries and problems for our Spanish-speaking customers. You will engage customers via telephone, digital, or chat channels, applying strong communication skills to navigate questions and deliver effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Handle complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels.
- Utilize effective verbal communication and problem solving skills to handle customer service inquiries.
- Use discretionary authority to satisfy the customer within reasonable limits, including adjustments, credit limit increases, and complex solutions.
- Navigate a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting customer questions using standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
- Document customer files.
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.
What We're Looking For
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual Spanish
