- Design integration patterns using Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, and SQL, supported by clear technical documentation including UML, DFD, ERD, and BRD.
- Manage day-to-day project execution: plan sprints, track progress, resolve blockers, and keep development momentum strong.
- Work directly with stakeholders to align objectives, manage expectations, and maintain focus on priority outcomes.
- Apply Agile/Scrum practices—facilitate ceremonies, maintain backlogs in YouTrack, and deliver transparent progress updates.
- Ensure long-term system stability by implementing monitoring with Grafana and other observability tools.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold high standards for code quality, consistency, and maintainability.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of hands-on backend development experience.
- Minimum 2 years in delivery-focused roles with direct responsibility for project outcomes and client-facing coordination.
- Proficiency in Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, SQL, Postman, and system modeling tools.
- Experience creating technical specifications using UML, DFD, ERD, and BRD, along with process analysis methods like GAP and CJM.
