About the Role
This position bridges technical expertise and customer engagement by supporting the sales process with in-depth knowledge of security platforms. The individual will work closely with prospects to understand their environments, design appropriate solutions, and guide them through validation phases using demonstrations, pilots, and technical consultations.
Responsibilities
- Collide with sales teams to assess customer security challenges
- Design solution architectures tailored to client environments
- Deliver live product demonstrations aligned with use cases
- Respond to technical inquiries during procurement cycles
- Translate engineering features into business outcomes
- Support proof-of-concept deployments
- Gather feedback from clients for product improvement
- Participate in RFP responses with technical documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security threats and defenses
- Collaborate with engineering teams on feature requests
- Present at customer meetings and industry events
- Assist in defining integration requirements
- Evaluate third-party tools for compatibility
- Document solution configurations and deployment patterns
- Track customer engagement progress in CRM systems
- Coordinate with support teams during handoffs
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Stay current with compliance standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations
- Help refine messaging for go-to-market strategies
- Onboard new clients using best practices
- Monitor competitive landscape developments
- Escalate critical bugs to development staff
- Contribute to internal training materials
- Ensure security recommendations follow industry frameworks
